  • I am a beginner and I don’t speak any Spanish. Is Spanish-on right for me?

    We offer courses and lessons tailored for all levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. If you don’t speak any Spanish, you can start off with beginner-level lessons and gradually learn the most important topics in all areas: grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. In the first 4 levels (levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 or Europeans A1.1, A1.2, A2.1 and A2.2) all the explanations and instructions are given in English. However, bear in mind that from level 5 on (European level B1.1) all of the content is entirely in Spanish, because we believe that this is the best way to learn a new language, even though you might find it a little challenging to begin with. Anyway, don’t worry; we have designed an intuitive audio-visual method that is pretty friendly and easy. It will help you to understand, read and speak Spanish without any serious difficult.

  • Can I have access to all content and take only the lessons I want?

    You’ll be given access to one Unit every five days so that you have ample time to dive into the lessons, study and internalize what you’ve learnt, before moving onto the next. We do this to protect your time, attention and focus, so you can say goodbye to feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about what to do, where to go and what to learn next. We strongly recommend you to take lessons in the order we organized them. This roadmap will guide you on your journey and also keep you accountable so that you can complete every lesson and improve your Spanish.

  • How much time should I dedicate to study?

    It is a completely self-paced online program, which means that you can study at your own pace and wherever you like. How long the different courses last depends on you and your study pace. If you systematically work through our lessons, your Spanish will improve in a very short space of time. We recommend not overloading yourself with study. An average would be 3 hours per week, but again, it’s up to your skills and time.

  • Is there any age limit to learn Spanish?

    Absolutely not! Nobody is too young or too old to learn Spanish. Retired individuals may achieve incredible success in their learning, and it might help them to keep the brain active. Also, accessing the online platform is very simple and user friendly.

  • Can I share my account with someone else?

    No, accounts in Spanish-on are individual and can only be used by the user who registered. Sharing your account with someone else will cause the termination of your account and you will not be able to access content.

  • How can I close my account permanently?

    You may cancel your account anytime by sending your request at [email protected]. Once cancellation is confirmed, your access to all Course Content will be immediately revoked. Since deletion of your account is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.

  • How do I pay for any course or bundle?

    When you make your purchase, you will need to have an account in Spanish-on and be logged in our website. You can pay by PayPal in one-time payment. It means we will charge you just a one-time fee to access the content that you purchase. Traditional bank transfers and those make via Wise or Payoneer are also accepted, though you will have to contact us first.

  • What is PayPal?

    PayPal is a payment platform with a website and a phone app that enables payments between parties through online money transfers. PayPal customers create an account and connect it to a checking account, a credit card, or both. It is a safe online payment system, because end-to-end encryption and two-factor authentication secure transactions.   • How do I make any purchase using PayPal?

    To make an online purchase with PayPal: 1) Simply sign up for PayPal and link a payment method like your bank, credit, and/or debit card. 2) When you check out online, look for the PayPal button. 3) Log into PayPal and speed through checkout securely with just an email and password. Note: You can add credit card, debit cards, and bank accounts to your digital wallet. When you click the PayPal button at checkout, you can choose any of them and skip entering your financial information.

  • What debit or credit cards can I use with PayPal?

    You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, UnionPay and American Express cards that have a registered billing address to make PayPal payments to make payments with PayPal. Here’s how to link a debit or credit card: 1) Click Wallet at the top of the page. 2) Click +Link a card. 3) Add your card information and click Link Card. NOTES: Verified users can add up to 24 cards. However, each credit card or prepaid card can only be registered to one PayPal account at a time. Another fast and easy option is paying with your bank account. Many PayPal members choose to pay with their bank accounts because it’s a convenient way to keep their spending under control.

  • Which countries do PayPal support?

  • Why am I getting an error message on my PayPal checkout?

    To figure out what might be causing the error, try these troubleshooting steps: 1) You will need to be logged in as the Site Owner to verify your account information 2) Verify that the error was not due to insufficient funds or blocked for security reasons by your bank. 3) Review and disable any browser extensions or plug-ins installed that may block script from running and try purchasing again.

  • Will I be charged with recurring monthly fees for access to course content?

    No. You will not be charged monthly. You will be charged in one-time payment when you make the purchase only.

  • Can I have a refund?

    If you don’t feel happy with the program, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Show us you’ve put in the work and have completed all lessons released so far, and we’ll refund your investment.

  • Do my enrolments expire?

    Every course or bundle has its enrolment duration. It may range from 90 days for individual courses to 1 year. You will find that specific information when you make any purchase. If you want to renew your plan, you can purchase it again.
